This colonial hotel stands out for its lovely design. The staff are friendly and really care about the guests. The location is great and it is near Center of Queretaro, the centre of town, and sights, shopping and restaurantes off all kinds. This hotel was perfect for me! The location was ideal, close to everything, but far enough from the bars. The rooms were cozy, with very comfy beds, and the staff was outstanding, helpful, accommodating. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! Detail: The rooftop terrace was my favorite spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset, just like in one of the reviews I read.
All was fine, no issues to report.

The hotel was located in a historic area, which made it a great spot for a romantic escape. The room was spacious and had a vintage decor that added to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel had a rooftop terrace that provided a beautiful view of the city and perfect for a sunset drink.
The staff had a lack of English knowledge, which often made the communication difficult and frustrating. The breakfast was limited and lacked nutritious options.

This hotel has a great location, near to downtown but far enough from the bars. You can easily walk down the hill to Mercado La Cruz. The staff are super kind and helpful. Rooms have a very comfy bed and basic amenities, which is perfect for the price. They don't offer breakfast, but there's tea and coffee available for free almost all day long.
